My work is rooted in home and place-making. I am interested in the intimacy between people and the pots we live with; they are made to fit our bodies, we carry them around and put them in our mouths. In the same way I have a relationship with the birds I carve on my work, inhabitants of the small place we all call home, this place we build our nests.
